These apartments are horrible! Since the new management took over in 2007 everything went wrong. They have eliminated ALL the amenities. The swimming pool is closed, the playgrounds are gone, no laundryfacilitiesmore.

Since under new management in May 2015 they have been great, new renovations, the complex is more safe due to Berkeley patrolling the grounds. Staff is very friendly and maintenance is always here when called!!.
