The people that work for the apartments will barge in at any given time (for some reason they prefer to at 8 AM, and they NEVER knock first) to check out the place and if you ask them to come back another time they refuse to.. You can only take a 5 minute shower if you want it to be hot, and several times they had to completely turn off the water for maintenance (understandable, but extremely inconvenient)..
