Seasons South is located a quick drive or a longer walk or bike ride from campus. While it may not be the closet complex to campus, it makes up for it in the apartment unit itself. Seasons South is recently remodeled and offers large bedrooms and spacious living and kitchen area. Each unit consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and private washer and dryer located in each unit.
Each RECENTLY REMODELED apartment comes furnished with couches and a BIG SCREEN television, as well as all major kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave). High-speed Wifi internet is included. While you are sharing a bathroom, there is a private vanity and sink in each of the bedrooms, along with a standard twin bed and dresser for each student. Seasons South is clean and safe with automatic locking deadbolts on the doors. While we do pay for the water service and trash removal, your electric/gas bill is not included in your rent and tenants should anticipate paying between $25-$35 per month for their portion.
On-site parking is available. Our expectations at Seasons are for respectful, clean, and courteous tenants who will follow the rules and standards outlined in our contract.
