Condo Row A large group of several buildings with condos West Cambridge, Middle Cambridge, etc. Close to campus, about $300 for a shared room in the Fall and Winter but you generally only share a bathroom with the one you share the room with (2 shared rooms so 4 people, 2 bathrooms) and there is usually a washer/dryer in each apartment. Parking sucks though, especially if you have people over. There is a mix of people and ages, but are all fairly social. Belmont Arlington Highland Park.
