Offenhauer dorm rooms are a little bigger than the other dorms. Upper classman typically live in these highrisedorms, which are located near Mc Donald Hall. It does not have its own dining hall, however, it does have a little convenient store that contains microwavable food and the essentials such as milk and drinks and some junk food as well. It is also close to downtown Bowling Green as well.

Winthrop Terrace South is similar to the North campus, but is farther away from campus on Napoleon Rd, but it does still provide a shuttle service so it makes getting to campus easier. It is located right by the railroad tracks as you can see, which may be an issue if youre not used to it And we mean RIGHT by the railroad tracks.

Winthrop Terrace North is a few blocks behind Taco Bell. The apartments are either 1 bedroom1 bath or 2 bedrooms1bath. Rent includes free water and heat. There is a laundry building located next to the apartments. Free access to 2 different pools (one at north property, one at south).

Also, there are no ceiling lights in the living room and the bathroom is small. If you dont need a lot of space, its a great and affordable place to live.

Amenities includeaswimming pool and grilling area for students to cook out on, as well as an equipped gym.
